I’m here to say that Nancy helped me a lot in my recovery. I had a pinched nerve in my neck pretty severe. It was so bad, moving my neck was impossible but my arm was even worse. Pain and severe stiffness was starting in my neck down to my rhomboid up to my trap over my shoulder all the way down to my hand. Medication, pain killers and muscle relaxers had absolute zero effect on me. No matter how I position myself I was totally uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. Then I went to see Ms. Nancy, she asked me few questions and knew right away how to proceed. Her knowledge in muscle fibers and how they fire is over the top. She found all the pressure points and how to attack them so muscles would relax. After the first session I felt immediate relief in my arm but there is no silver bullet when it comes to recovering from pinched nerves. It took few sessions to get me to a place that I can go back to work. Without her help I was sure I had to go under the knife.
